1General Rules

U9k is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between u9k and its members, governed by relevant international law, including the laws applicable in Bangladesh.

2Account Registration & Verification

To register an account on u9k, you must provide accurate and complete information. u9k reserves the right to close any account created with false or incomplete details, at any time.

• During registration, you must provide your real name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address.
• Each mobile number and email address may only be linked to one account.
• If two members of the same household use u9k, they must use separate devices and payment methods and notify support in advance.
• Keep your password private. Sharing your password with anyone is strictly prohibited.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may require submission of a national ID or passport copy. Withdrawals will not be processed until this verification is complete.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Deposits and withdrawals on u9k are available via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳50.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

U9k may temporarily hold any suspicious transaction for review. In such cases, the member may be asked to provide additional information.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

U9k bonuses and promotional offers are provided subject to specific terms. Accepting a bonus constitutes agreement to the applicable terms.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirements for each bonus have been met.

• If multiple accounts from the same IP address or device attempt to claim bonuses, all associated accounts will be suspended.

5Gaming Rules

• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet will be refunded.
• If your internet connection drops, game results are saved on the server.
• In the event of any dispute over a game result, the server log shall be considered the final authority.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is final.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting bugs or errors in the game software will be voided.

U9k may temporarily suspend games for maintenance at any time. Any active bets during such periods are kept safe and will resume automatically once the service is restored.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on u9k. Violations may result in account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to hack or exploit the game software.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Using u9k for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to abuse or exploit the bonus system.
• Fraudulent conduct directed at u9k or any other member.

7Account Closure & Suspension

U9k reserves the right to close or suspend an account for the following reasons:

• Breach of terms and conditions.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• Suspicious or unusual transaction activity.
• Court orders or directives from law enforcement agencies.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Members may also close their account at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed prior to closure, provided no rule violations are found.
